Garbage

My SECOND hiptop has broken for no good reason. The 'wheel' that you use to scroll just decided to quit on me.
I don't know anyone who has owned one trouble free for more than 6 months.
I can't believe that something with so many cool features in the software can have such crappy hardware.

outsourced engineering at its finest... remember the movie Disclosure, and the hardware issues they had? hehe

I don't really like to admit this in public, since I'm afraid of tempting fate, as it were, but I've had a CSK, purchased off Amazon, since last November. I've never had a NET7, I've never had any hardware failures. I love my CSK.

Interestingly, sometime after the six-month mark, the silvery paint started to come off the corners of the back and the contact patches on the buttons, revealing the white, resin-looking plastic underneath. So maybe they're not designed to last this long. :D

i gave up on it. Exactly one year from when i first bought it. I have lousy signal strength. It was pretty funny since DANGER inc HQ is only 3 blocks away..
