after leaving it overnight.. and forgetting to charge it, my sk2 died. I thought it was just a very low battery, come to find out, all the juice had died. I plugged in the car, no dice. I plugged in at home, 4 hours later, my concern was rising (even tho i use the desktop interface) ... then after being on the phone for 35 min.. (no joke) i finally got the upper, upper eschelan sk2 dept at tmobile, they told me how to hard reset it. No, not just that tiny little button under the flip screen, but that PLUS the lower right pwr off button simultaniously. WOW! what i thought was once dead came back to life! Of course, i had to adjust the dates and everything. But, it was cool!! WHEW!!!!***
