Broken Help

4 months, then KA-PUT. Battery won't hold a charge.
Never dropped it once. Since T-mobile doesn't have stores how do I get it serviced under warranty?

Only lasted 4 months, and I didn't even drop it. Worst quality for really cool phone I've ever owned.

T-Mobile has stores all over the place. But, as with all things, the replacement process starts with a call to customer service. Call the 800 number and they'll take care of it.

I believe that the process involves them mailing you a replacement plus a box in which to mail back the broken unit. Move your SIM card to the new device and all of your data will be restored to it.

    Call customer service.
