SIDEKICK SERVICE F***ED UP!!!!!!!

HI , everyone is in the same boat as me, right ? Service is out right now. Yesterday I called and got a measly $5.00 credit, and today, I called and got 1 month free. (Six months from now) So call.. and pray our system will be up soon.

    Yeah, this started for me on Saturday. I was on Maui at the time, and I thought it was something local to the island. To be honest, being on Maui I didn't have much incentive to investigate further...

    I called T-mobile and got "50 extra minutes". Big whoop---I'm not a heavy cell phone user so extra minutes is completely useless to me.

    Mostly what I want is information. All I got was reassurance that they have engineers working day and night on getting it running again, not no actual information on what's broken. There are Danger employees here, right? Can you lift the curtain, even just a bit? It's been four days now, I think as paying customers we should be entitled to at least some indication about what happened and what's being done to fix it.
